    बिहार की बेटियों के लिए नीतीश सरकार ने बड़ा ऐलान किया है। बिहार सरकार ने बेटियों को बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। नीतीश सरकार अब बिहार की बेटियों को फ्री ऑफ कॉस्ट यानि मुफ्त में मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग में प्रवेश के लिए तैयारी कराएगी। वो भी घर बैठे । जानिए कैसे ?

    बिहार सरकार ने मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग की तैयारी कर रहीं पिछड़े और अति पिछड़े वर्ग की छात्राओं के लिए खास प्लान बनाया है। बिहार सरकार अब फ्री में ऑनलाइन तैयारी कराएगी। यानि बेटियां अब घर बैठे ही आराम से मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग की तैयारी कर सकती हैं और वो भी बिल्कुल मुफ्त ।

    समाज कल्याण विभाग ने राज्य के सभी 38 जिलों में पिछड़े और अति पिछड़े वर्ग के कन्या आवासीय उच्च माध्यमिक स्कूलों में ऑनलाइन शिक्षा शुरू करेगी। 35 हजार से ज्यादा बच्चियों को इसका फायदा मिलेगा। खास बात ये है कि सरकार छात्राओं को मुफ्त में इंटरनेट भी उपलब्ध कराएगी । साथ ही छात्राओं को मशहूर कोचिंग सेंटरों के स्टडी मैटेरियल भी दिए जाएंगे।

    इसके अलावा मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग में एडमिशन की तैयारी करने वाली छात्राओं के लिए स्पेशल क्लास का आयोजन भी होगा। ताकि तैयारी में किसी तरह की दिक्कत या परेशानी ना हो। समाज कल्याण विभाग ने ऑनलाइन क्लास के लिए टीवी स्क्रीन, इंटरनेट और व्हाइट बोर्ड तक की तैयारी कर ली है।

    आपको बता दें कि इससे पहले नीतीश सरकार ने बिहार के मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों में 33 प्रतिशत सीटें लड़कियों के लिए आरक्षित करने का फैसला किया है। जिसके तहत बिहार में MBBS की 1121 सीटों में से अब 33 प्रतिशत सीटें लड़कियों के लिए आरक्षित रहेगा. यानि करीब-करीब 373 सीटें लड़कियों के लिए आरक्षित हो गयी हैं. वहीं, बिहार के इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों में कुल 9,365 सीटें हैं. जिसमें 3126 सीटें लड़कियों के लिए रिजर्व कर दी गई है ।

    बिहार देश का पहला राज्य है जहां इंजीनियरिंग और मेडिकल कॉलेजों में एक तिहाई सीटें लड़कियों के लिए आरक्षित हैं। इस तरह महिला सशक्तीकरण के मामले में राज्य देश के समक्ष एक और मिसाल पेश करेगा। इसके पहले प्रारंभिक स्कूल के शिक्षक नियुक्ति, त्रि-स्तरीय पंचायती राज संस्थाओं, राज्य सरकार की सभी नौकरियों आदि में महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण सबसे पहले बिहार में दिया गया है।

    कोढ़ा प्रखंड मुख्यालय में दिनांक 13 -08-2022 को व्यवहार न्यायालय कटिहार मे राष्ट्रीय लोक आदालत शिविर लगने को लेकर जागरूकता हेतु शिविर का आयोजन किया गया , जिसको लेकर कोढा के पारा लिगल वोलेनटियर प्रधान कुमार सिंह एव सोनी पीएलभी ने जागरूकता अभियान कार्यक्रम के तहत कोढ़ा प्रखंड मुख्यालय में जागरूकता अभियान चलाया

    । जागरूकता अभियान आयोजित कर प्रखंड मुख्यालय में आने जाने वाले आम  जनों को जिला स्तरीय लोक अदालत  के बिषय  मे जानकारी देते हुए बताया अपने वाद विवादों का निपटारा ससमय जिला स्तरीय लोक अदालत शिविर में पहुंच का अपना अपना अपना वाद विवादों का निपटारा अवश्य करा लें जो कि सेम तिथियों में आपके वादो का निपटारा कर दिया जाएगा ।

    वही इस मौके पर समाजसेवी सह वार्ड सदस्य मखदमपुर निरंजन कुमार, कैलाश पासवान व कोढा प्रखंड के विभिन्न पंचायतों से आये जनप्रतिनिधि व कई  समाजसेवी मौजूद थे।

  • कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच शिव भक्तों ने किया जलाभिषेक

    सावन के तीसरे सोमवार को लेकर श्रद्धालुओं में जलाभिषेक करने को लेकर काफी श्रद्धा देखी गई। इसी क्रम में तीसरी सोमवारी को लेकर गोरखनाथ मंदिर और कल्याणी शिव मंदिर एवं कुम्हरी शिव मंदिर में श्रद्धालुओं की काफी भीड़ देखी गई।

     तीसरे सोमवारी को लेकर श्रद्धालुओं ने बड़े ही श्रद्धा भक्ति के साथ जलाभिषेक किया साथ ही भगवान भोलेनाथ का पूजा अर्चना भी किया। इस दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के भी पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए थे, कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच श्रद्धालुओं ने मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना किया।

    प्रखंड परियोजना प्रबंधक उत्तम आनंद भारती के निर्देश पर कोढ़ा जिविका कार्यालय में छोटे किसानों के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के अनाज ,साग, सब्जी,फल इत्यादि वेहतर ढंग से उगाने के लिए  जिविका दल से जुड़ी दीदीओ के सदस्यों को क्षेत्र में भ्रमण की गई सूची सर्वे का अवलोकन किया जा रहा है अवलोकन पश्चात गरीब किसानों को बेहतर साग, सब्जी,फल ,फसल से संबंधित उगाने हेतु प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर जागरूक किया जाएगा।

    एसईडब्लू विरेन्द्र कुमार , एसईडब्लू संजय कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि कोढ़ा  प्रखंड के सभी पंचायतों में जीविका संघ से जुड़ी महिलाओं को इसका लाभ मिलेगा जो जीविका दिदिया को घर के पीछे  बहुत ही कम मात्रा में है बारी व बगीचे हैं  वह किस प्रकार वेहतर तरीके से साग सब्जी फसल फल इत्यादि उगाने का कार्य कर सकेंगी उसके विषय में सर्वे कार्य करा कर जागरूक किया जाएगा ।

    वहीं फुलवरिया पंचायत की जिविका दीदी भीआरपी रश्मि चौधरी ने बताई की हमारे पंचायत में सर्वे कार्य पुर्ण हो चुका है जल्द ही सभी जिविका दीदीयों को प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करा जागरूकता अभियान कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा।

    बिहार सरकार की महत्वकांक्षी योजनाओं में से एक हर घर नल जल योजना डंडखोरा प्रखंड क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सौरीया पंचायत में पूरी तरह से फेल नजर आ रही है। सौरीया पंचायत के कई ऐसे वार्ड हैं जहां नल तो लगाई गई मगर आज तक उसमें जल नहीं पहुंचा तो वहीं कई ऐसे परिवार है जिनके घर तक आज तक नल ही नहीं पहुंचा है। 

    वहीं ग्रामीणों का यह भी कहना है कि कई ऐसे नल है जहां सैकड़ों लीटर पानी रोजाना यूं ही बर्बाद जाता है। ग्रामीणों ने संवेदक पर अनियमितता के साथ कार्य करने का आरोप लगाया है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि कई ऐसे नल है जो टूट चुके हैं,और आज तक पानी के टंकी के आसपास साफ-सफाई भी नहीं की गई है। 

    ना ही इसकी देखरेख के लिए किन्ही को जिम्मेदारी दी गई। नतीजा यह है कि सरकार की ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट नल जल योजना पूरी तरह से गांव में फेल है। ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन से नल जल योजना को लेकर जांच करने का मांग किया है।

  • सावन की तीसरी सोमवारी को लेकर शिव मंदिर में श्रद्धालुओं की उमड़ी भीड़

    फलका प्रखंड क्षेत्रों में सावन की तीसरी सोमवारी को लेकर शिव मंदिर प्रांगण में मेले जैसा माहौल देखने को मिला हजारों श्रद्धालुओं पहुंचकर भगवान भोलेनाथ पर जलाभिषेक कर सर्व मंगल की कामना की। 

    मौके पर सोमवारी को लेकर कुमारी कन्या सहित सौभाग्यवती महिलाओं में खास उत्साह देखा गया। सुबह से ही कुमारी कन्याओं सहित महिलाएं फूल, बेलपत्र, भांग, धथुरा, दूध आदि के साथ मंदिर पहुंचकर भगवान शिव की पूजा आराधना में जुटे हुए दिखे। 

    मौके पर कुमारी कन्या श्रद्धालुओं ने बताया कि सावन की यह तीसरी सोमवारी है यहां जो भी शिव भक्त सच्चे मन से आराधना करते हैं तो उनकी सारी मनोकामना पूर्ण हो जाती है।
