There are two types of Thalipeeth, one is the Thalipeeth made from Bhajani and the other is the Thalipeeth made with instant home made flours.
Today we are going to see the information on how to make this instant thalipeeth.

Materials required for making Thalipeeth

There are no specific ingredients for making thalipeeth, but you can use whatever is available in your kitchen from the ingredients we are giving you below.

Material :- 1 bowl each of wheat, sorghum and millet flour, 1 bowl of gram flour, half a bowl of rice flour, 1 spoon of ordinary coriander powder, 1 spoon of turmeric, 2 spoons of red chillies (take as much chillies as you need), 1 spoon of salt and then about 2 Fill a bowl and take finely chopped onion and some finely chopped coriander. Apart from this you can add finely chopped green vegetables like spinach etc.

How to make Thalipeeth complete recipe :-

To make thalipeeth, first of all mix all types of flour in a bowl as above. Then add finely chopped onion, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder and finely chopped coriander to the mixed flour and mix well. Then add water and knead this mixture. It is not too thick and not too thin. Knead it. Then wash and wring a clean cotton cloth, and spread it on a plate.

Wet your hand and collect one of the kneaded flour and place it on the cloth and spread it slowly on the cloth by applying pressure with your fingers. Occasionally wet your hand with water so that the patted thalipeeth also remains a little moist.

While patting the thalipeeth, make all round shapes and make 4-5 holes on that patted thalipeeth with your fingers at regular intervals. Heat the tawa on low flame on gas, after the tawa heats up, leave some oil on it and spread it all over the tawa. Then lift the patted thalipeeth with the cloth and flip it over the pan and remove the cloth separately.

Leave the oil in the holes you made on the thalipeeth while patting it.Fry it for about 2 minutes and then flip it over and put it on the pan. If so, then your tasty and crunchy Thalipeeth is ready.

You can serve this nutritious thalipeeth with ghee and pickles and dhya.
